Positive Youth Development & Families

Through programs such as the Family-to-Family Health Information Center (F2F/HIC) initially established in October 2018 through a grant received by the Virgin Islands Developmental Disabilities Council, Inc. The F2FHIC's one of our pillars is to support families in the Virgin Islands (VI) with children with special healthcare needs by providing training, providing information, resources, and connections with health-related fields directly and through government and community-based entities.
