What is The Family-to-Family
Health Information Center?
Established in October 2018 through a grant received by the Virgin Islands Developmental Disabilities Council, Inc. (VIDDC) from the US Health and Human Services, Health Research Services Administration (HRSA).
The VI Family2Family Network, Inc. continues as the FF2FHIC program operated by Beyond Visions Foundation, Inc.
The F2FHIC's purpose is to support families in the Virgin Islands (VI) with children with special healthcare needs by providing training, providing information, resources, and connections with health-related fields directly and through government and community-based entities.
Family-To-Family Health Services
Not-for-profits will be sustainable and governed by mission-driven boards
Not-for-profits will engage collaboratively that ensures community members receive the benefits.

What is newborn Screening?
The Newborn Screening Family Education Program, also known as Navigate Newborn Screening, is a program dedicated to developing opportunities for all families to learn about newborn screening and to creating educational and training resources that build confidence in families to become leaders in the newborn screening system.
