Born from Family-to-Family Health Information Center, a nonprofit organization in partnership with Beyond Visions LLC, and as an affiliate of Family Voices rooted in community programs and representing the United States Virgin Islands voices and family-centered experiences. Expecting Health, with Newborn Screening Family Education Program shares science-based and policy-informed information that reflects the lived experiences of individuals and their families. We do this through the power of relationships; convening the top experts; working with key leaders in health; and engaging with families and communities at the center of the conversation.

The F2FHIC's purpose is to support families in the Virgin Islands (VI) with children with special healthcare needs by providing training, information, resources, and connections with health-related fields directly and through government and community-based entities.
