Beyond Visions Foundation (BVF) is a remarkable independent-operating foundation that has been making a positive impact since its incorporation in the U.S. Virgin Islands (VI) in November 1977. BVF is tax-exempt under IRS section 501(c)(3). The foundation strives to enhance the quality of life for low-to-moderate income families, those residing in housing communities, at-risk youth, and for the protection of the environment and its inhabitants. BVF's mission-driven programs and grants are a beacon of hope and a testament to the power of grassroots initiatives.

As Margaret Mitchell said, "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has".

 

BVF may be a smaller foundation with a smaller footprint, but its work has brought about significant changes in the system. The foundation is constantly evaluating itself and remains firmly focused on its mission-driven goals. BVF's board secret is a force to be reckoned with - strong, unified, and guiding the foundation towards success. Though BVF doesn't believe in boasting about its accomplishments, there's no denying that it's making a remarkable impact on the lives of the individuals and families it serves. BVF is confident in its ability to achieve real change and make a lasting difference.
